It covers all essential areas required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, including risk assessments, alarm systems, escape routes, fire‑fighting equipment, signage, staff training and emergency procedures. The checklist ensures that each dimension of fire safety is addressed and that any deficiencies are identified before they become hazards.

Use this checklist for:

  • Pre‑audit inspections – verify fire safety measures before routine checks.
  • Regular safety audits – maintain ongoing compliance and readiness.
