This document covers a wide range of risks including unauthorised access, aggressive visitors, slips, trips and falls, data protection breaches, infectious disease transmission, ergonomic strain, fire safety, electrical hazards, noise exposure and stress. For each identified hazard the assessment details the initial severity and likelihood scores, proposes specific control measures, and calculates the residual risk after controls are applied.

The aim is to protect staff, visitors and organisational assets while ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, fire safety regulations and data protection laws.
