Nutritional supplements refers to a wide range of products that are designed to improve your health, improve athletic performance, or affects your physical or mental well-being. They may be vitamins, sports supplements, weight loss products, teas, herbs and antioxidants. Food supplements can be found in almost all health food stores and many shops. Throughout, health safety, history, nutritional supplements have been used to treat a wide range of diseases and improve health. Many traditional medicines come from what may be considered as supplements.
Perhaps one of the most common forms of vitamin supplements. Many people take multi-vitamins, and doctors often recommend their use. Some vitamins can be dangerous if taken in excess, however, that awareness of the safety of vitamins is essential.
